Gary
Ricco, PE: Gary is a registered
professional engineer having received his B.S. Mechanical Engineering in 1985
from San Jose State
University and his M.S. Engineering
Management in 1992 from Santa
Clara University.
His studies at Santa Clara
University included
advanced mechanical engineering principles while focusing on reducing the
product development cycle. Gary
has 25+ years experience developing products and equipment for several
industries including robotics, computer peripherals, semi-conductor equipment,
manufacturing and test equipment, and electronic packaging. One of the first
Pro/Engineer users in Silicon Valley, Gary
began using the tool in 1989 at revision 2.0. If you can’t find Gary at work you might
try the golf course, just look for the big divots.
Michael
W. Clem: Mike received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from U.C. Santa
Barbara in 1984. Mike has used Pro/E since Revision 1 and was PTC’s
first Application Engineer on the west coast of the United States.
Mike has completed Level 1 of PTC’s Certified Engineer Provider
training. He has 25+ years of broad based background in machine, sheet metal,
welding, casting & plastics design. He has had engineering experiences in
the aerospace, computer - computer peripherals, security/inspection, robotics
& medical industries as well as the consumer product market. Mike is an
expert using solid modeling software and his analytic skills to reduce
product development time, as well as helping Solidus’ clients become
proficient enough to reduce their own development time.
